The China-America Society for the Study of Groups and Organizations (CASSGO) was established in 2019 to further the development and application of the principles of Group Relations in the Tavistock tradition through educational and consultative activities, research and scholarship regarding the dynamics of groups, organizations, and social systems.
Through its Board of Directors, CASSGO seeks to cooperate with the Division of Group Counseling and Group Therapy of the Chinese Association for Mental Health as well as other colleagues in China
with an interest in group and organizational dynamics.
中美團體與組織研究協(xié)會(CASSGO)成立于2019年,，是一家非營利性組織,，旨在通過教育和咨詢活動、研究和獎學金,，進一步發(fā)展和應用塔維斯托克傳統(tǒng)中的團體關系準則,。第一屆董事會成員包括Jeffrey D Roth博士，Seth Harkins博士,，和魯小華博士,。
通過其董事會成員,，CASSGO愿意與中國心理衛(wèi)生協(xié)會團體心理輔導與治療專業(yè)委員會以及其他來自中國的對團體和組織動力感興趣的同行尋求合作。
